Amazing food great service! Always so sweet and clean fresh food ! Staff are wonderful
Great and diverse selection of Hispanic foods. Enormous servings. Could use to trim the fat from some meats. They've toned down the too loud music. My wife and I enjoy having a place to eat close to home, and happily chow down frequently.
Food was delivered 1 1/2hrs after being ordered. Everything was ice cold and over cooked. The sweet plantains were one big blob. I will not be ordering again. This is the 3rd time this happened.

El Pollo Restaurant & Bar is a family-friendly establishment with a recently remodeled atmosphere. It is a Staten Island Dominican restaurant serving a great and diverse selection of Hispanic foods and other Latin delicacies, including enormous servings of rice and meats. The menu items, including empanadas, can be hit or miss in terms of quality. The restaurant can get busy, especially with take-out orders, and table service may be limited. However, the atmosphere has improved significantly after the remodel and the too loud music has been toned down, making it a valuable addition to the neighborhood. Parking is ample and free at night in the rear of the restaurant or on the street.
