Watch out for the rounded-up tax charges
A single scoop of ice cream costs $4.50 plus tax, which should come out to around $4.75 or $4.80 max after tax. However, since the register doesn’t calculate taxes automatically, the cashiers round it up manually.

I know New York taxes are high, but I should still be able to get a detailed receipt with a tax breakdown—not just an Apple Pay receipt showing a rounded-up amount.

They scammed me $2000 on a false charge. Beware, do not trust them with your card. Shivas Tombia the owner has made it hard to make any progress in this matter, they are not to be trusted.

I had a great cup of coffee from here on the way to the zoo. Better than Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts!

They could be doing a lot better.
Despite the heavy traffic in the place, they were not fully stocked.
The popcorn and smoothie were quite good though.

Decided to get a smoothie in the morning, but the lady working was not interested in helping me. Only wanted to talk on the phone. She saw me and turned away. When I tried getting her attention she just walked to the other side of the counter. Very rude and not customer friendly at all!!Dont patronize this place if this is the type of people management hires.

I’m here on a Friday night about 7:45. The server that gave me my overpriced smoothie was nasty to me when I asked for a napkin; which he should’ve given me anyway. Never going back.
