My husband and I had a wonderful
anniversary dinner at Incas.
The food is so flavorful and you could tell made with care and love.
The owner is a gentleman. He came out to say hello and asked how everything was. He also sat and spoke to us for a while. The girls who served the tables are very patient when asked questions (a lot!)
We will definitely be back to this Staten Island hidden gem!
