The taste is different from what I had some time ago. Did they change the chef?

I believe the store changed owner.
The pho noodle taste fresher and soup a little more on the mild side. The appetizer was pretty good !

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted anything worthwhile.
The family and I had a wonderful day at the Jersey Shore with some good friends and family. On our travels back home we decided to look for a place to have dinner passing through Staten Island. My wife found Ran Viet and was craving Vietnamese food for along time, boy were we not disappointed. From the outside it looks like any typical eatery yet inside felt homey and relaxed. We were greeted by our host with a smile and good vibes. She was quick and very organized . Our order was taken and with a blink of an eye our meals were ready, they were plated beautifully and may I say the portions were huge, my take out was a meal of its self. The flavors and aromas just hit you like a flavor train. We haven’t had Pho broth this good in along time. We are definitely adding this gem for whenever we pass through Staten Island it’s a place you just don’t want to miss.

Very good. Great taste! Fresh ingredients. Love the Chicken with Vermicelli and Spring rolls. Appetizer sampler was nice, and chicken wings were so tasty. Service was with a smile!

Came here for a quick bite. Food was good, place is clean, background music was quiet. All the pho was with beef broth (I would have liked a veggie one), I got the seafood version but only ate the shrimp (the mussels and squid did not look appetizing). The summer rolls were very good and my husband enjoyed his beef dish.
We saw a few people picking up their orders and it does seem like the kind of place to order from, as opposed to eat in.
Overall, good 👍.

I agree with other reviews food portion is small my sandwich didn't have that much meat. Better go to another spot where they charge u decent price and give you a decent amount.

We had the Pho number 8 and 9 and it was delicious, flavorful with lots of meat and enough noodles. served traditionally with bean sprouts and basil. We are definitely coming back.
