I'm posting the menu only. Everyone's experience can be different. The view is great right by the riverfront overlooking Manhattan. The busyness of the ferry traffic, people coming and going, can be disturbing but can be dealt with. The harbor gives you so much to look at.

The food here is always great, the service is always on point. Some of these comments got to be outdated cus I never had a problem with the service. The bartender and server always go above and beyond to make sure everything is clean and my glass is never empty. Food is perfect too and if you need any accommodations they have no problems. Best service I ever had in Staten Island was from here. And the guy that said they keep dirty rags near the food, I was there that day they were switching the rag out for a new one he saw it and started flipping out manager told him they were getting a fresh one and they did . and he said the service was bad, I watched the waitress pack his food quickly and he tried to run out without paying. Don’t be so quick to judge until you try this spot

River Dock Cafe is a great rooftop Al fresco dining location on Staten Island, with a great view of the river. It also features indoor dining options, if that's your preference.I had the excellent and sizable Wagyu burger (medium rare) which was quite succulent, served on a fresh and toasty bun.The DJ was notably excellent as well. Service was generally fine.

Went there spontaneously during happy hours for snacks and drinks. Great view. Delicious food. Good prices. Really very nice and attentive waitress! We were super happy with her and had a lot of fun. Thank you and see you soon :)

It was a wonderful experience! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is awesome, and the servers all seemed so kind. There is a center bar that carries all types of stellar drinks. It was a amazing time!Dietary restrictions: I have a Dairy allergy and they respected this so much!

I like this place. Good happy hour specials, good food menu, nice staff. It’s just not living up to its potential, it should be packed, especially after work Thursday Fridays. Have an outdoor bar on good weather days where people can socialize, clean windows, and make an entrance from the outside area so customers can come through the balcony. They even block their gorgeous view with a menu at eye level, you can’t really see the view til you get outside the terminal but by that time having to turn around and walk all the way back inside to enter is a hassle, and by that time first time visitors probably want to see what’s at the outlets. Get a friendly greeter and open the balcony for customers to enter from outside to catch them. Take your menu off the glass and put it on a stand so people can see your stunning view of NYC as they walk by inside the terminal. Small things can make a big difference. We want to see you guys succeed. Good luck guys!

The Happy Hour special was wonderful! Went there and tried the steak, and lobster pasta! Highly recommend! The service that is provided is wonderful! Some of the other comments must be outdated because the management was very kind! I have a egg and dairy allergy and the chef went above and beyond making sure I had wonderful quality food!

I went to this restaurant thinking it would be a nice place to have lunch with my sisters on my birthday.The seating pleasant, table was nice, the menu wasn't what we were expecting. It only had 6 items to choose from, so before receiving anything but the table we decided to go elsewhere. But For some reason I don't know if he was the manager/owner/waiter or whatever became so upset that we decided to leave and said the most racist thing. His exact words "I KNOW WE TO GOOD FOR YOU. YOU CANT AFFORD A PLACE LIKE THIS"..First, we never was rude to anyone. second, because we're black we and can't afford ferry food lol. It's just the fact that he even went there just because we decided to go elsewhere is beyond sad I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Food is good, beer is delicious and the view is amazing if the weather permits. But the service was bad, we asked for water and had to remind again, and the place just had couple of guests. The food was super delayed too. The behavior of the servers doesn't seem welcoming at all. The DJ was good though. Washrooms were clean.
