I get Subway coupons in my mail every month and live 2 blocks away from this store. Went there to use a coupon and was told they don't accept coupons. THEIR OWN COUPONS! Won't return to pay twice as much (regular prices doubled over the last couple of years). Bait and switch is illegal. Don't draw in customers with a coupon and not accept it! Bad form, management.

They burnt the cheese on my pizza then took it off on my request refused to change the pizza and just throwed the veggies on the pizza like they feedin an animal.P.s : i got severely sick after eating that 7.35$ pizza which should have been 5.30$ according to their price list.

You are preparing someone’s paid food, please be reciprocal to that at least. Ordered a foot long and got served with empty sub. A complete no to this place. There are lot more place worth your money then this one. Hell no.......?

Bringing stingy to a whole new level. I just came home with 1/2 of a salad. I love Subway salads and have them often, so when I saw the Subway store at the ferry terminal I was delighted to save some time and order my dinner there. NEVER AGAIN! I should have looked more closely at it and refused to pay. Stay away from this place!!!

There was only one man behind the counter. I did not understand a word he said when you speak a language other than his. Don't expect him to get your order the first time. You have to repeat yourself several times. But, he still get your order wrong.He was extremely DISRESPECTFUL and DISCRIMINATORY against people who are other than his race.
