This is a charming small restaurant with a large wait staff. You are greeted politely as soon as you walk in the door. We hadn't been here in quite a long time and were delighted to find it unchanged. The food was delicious the naan is out of this world and the coffee was great! My husband had chicken mango and I had my favorite chicken korma....both well prepared and delicious! We hope to get there more often.

I really love this place. This was my introduction to Indian food, and I fell in love instantly. The vegetable Samosas are oh- so- delicious, I can eat them every day. I recommend this restaurant, small and quaint.
2024.08 haven’t visited this place for a long time. Don’t hv much Indian food exp. So far all Indian restaurants I went have pretty much same menu and same taste. This one naan is good. Food are a bit spice to me but taste good.

Always a great meal with outstanding service. Ordered the NYC Restaurant week special. Unbelievably delicious and we got to try a few different items. A lot of food and we well be enjoying the leftovers for lunch today.

I went to lunch yesterday with a friend. The atmosphere was very relaxing. As you may know, some dishes are spicy. The waiter was very helpful in making suggestions for mitigation of the heat. I am anticipating my next visit.

Consistently excellent and the service is attentive and friendly. Highly recommend the lamb korma and lamb chops (ask for mango chutney for the chops). Taste of India is also a great choice for anyone who has celiac disease and needs gluten free options.

I’ve been ordering from this place for over 10 years, but was never able to dine in person until this afternoon. I’ve always loved the food, especially the vegetarian options and perfect fluffy naan, and it was even better fresh from the oven. The kind staff was very attentive and we had a great time. Omg the food was amazing ,the waiter was down to earth ,real cool ,the drinks were on point ,Thank you to my good coworker L for brining me here for my Birthday.I never had Indian food and this was dam good seasoned and cooked very well .Everything I ate was on the money .I truly will be back .If you never tasted Indian food ,you must come here Taste of India 2 in New Dorp.??????????
