Completely overpriced and when I was asking the worker for a price of 24 oz beer it cost $5.00 and very expensive. Reusable bag cost $10.00 and I will never buy anything in that place again. Skip this place if you can everybody.

I have to contest something with Gabriel M. Reviews. They have workout with their staff and they are pretty decent on moving out on busy peak hours. As I mentioned I am being to this place for quite a while now, the person Gabriel mentions manager, neil is totally professional at solving hurdles. Recently I had purchased headphone and had trouble connecting it. Next day in rush hour not just he attended my problem, but helped reboot my phone too. Now that was pretty cool, they knows what they do. I must applaud his reach out, this gentleman really need some perks.

Grabbed a coffee and it was terrible Not mixed together at all had to do that myself as well as the coffee tasting burnt. Will not be back and recommend others avoid this place as well.

I just had a bad encounter with an employee named Rhihani / Rihani who was rude to me through her attitude. I complained to the manager Neil, and he failed to resolve it, rather, he made it worse. Bosses nowadays feel that because of their positions, that they can get away with allowing misbehavior if they choose. Conflict resolution should be practiced with the intention to find the solution and pointing out and focusing on problems only perpetuates the problem.

I've been in here a few dozen times in the course of my life. When the ferry was undergoing major renovations years back, WC managed to retain its original character. It's always been a bit pricey, but has always had a wide selection of products. You can usually rely on everything moving along pretty quickly.

I was routine visitor of this place since it had welcoming gesture. This place is not anymore same, its morning service sucks. Had very bad experiences of having coffee in morning. There front server girls behave the over smartness in serving. Would better suggest going to other near by deli or Au bon pain.

I have come to this place a few times in the past and their service has always left a bad taste in my mouth, they are extremely pushy. A few mornings ago I went in to buy cereal and milk and was hounded to pay after I picked up the milk to make the trip across the shop to select a cereal. I would up changing my mind to get yogurt and was hounded and pressured into making a purchase. To top it off, the yogurt I got was absolutely disgusting. I will never return here again.

Clean store, fast service and affordable prices. Pretty much everything you would expect from a Quick Mart type of store in a ferry terminal.

Don't ask questions you already know the answer to... You know you're smarter than that...I find it really annoying when people don't know what you are saying when your trying to look for a certain item in there stores...i also think its strange it called water cafe when it's a freaken convince store/deil ...but whatever...located inside the ferry...wide rang Of magazine and newspapers...
