The pretzels are good. The service is good. But...allegedly, the barcode scanner isn't working when I have occasion to attempt to redeem a store reward or pay by money preloaded on my rewards card. I'm skeptical and disappointed.

The best pretzel I have ever eaten. Freshly baked, super soft and warm. You have the option of eating inside but the location is wonderful to eat outside with an excellent view. It's worth it. You have the option to purchase the pretzel large and portioned.

Convenient location at Empire Outlets and across the street from the ballpark. We stopped here after going to the Lantern Festival next door, and it was a great spot for a snack and warming up. I had a free birthday pretzel thanks to their rewards program, which I had no issues redeeming, and we also got more pretzel bites on the side. It was nearing the end of the day, but they still had enough options to choose from. There are only a few tables inside, but plenty of seating outside if the weather is nice.
