I ordered 2 tacos today. One carne asada and the other called placero rice and shredded chicken. Only after I received my food, I come back and said this isn’t shredded chicken this is grilled chicken chunks . The man said “we don’t put shredded chicken on the placero taco” ok so then why did u take my order and pretended that’s what I was going to recieve? Terrible customer service. Great food, poor timing because on average 1-2 hours wait for pick up orders. I posted my review disappointed by this interaction on Tuesday when trying to place Taco Tuesday specials order, and owner’s response is poor business practice in my own opinion. What do you think?
