“Went to Grumpy Jack's to celebrate my granddaughter's H.S. graduation. We were a table of 22, seated upstairs. Our waitress, Joelle, was amazing. She was working the entire restaurant. The downstairs and our group upstairs. She was very pleasant, professional, and did a great job handling everything herself. The food was so good. There are so many food options on the menu, it caters to everyone's tastes. Definitely recommend going there and we will definitely go back. Looking forward to it!!“

“Came to N.Y. for visit, from Texas & Georgia, but originally from here. My brother & I were staying across the street at the Raddison hotel. We walked in, were greeted immediately, with a pleasant hello! Seated right away! Our server, Valerie, greeted us with her sweet personality. She was very kind and courteous, and had great customer service! I have a nut allergy, I brought to her attention. She made sure to thoroughly check with the cook, to be sure the new menu item, I was ordering, did not contain any nuts! I ordered the Bayou Shrimp bowl, which was delicious I might add, with this amazing side sauce for the shrimp, that I couldn’t get enough of! Valerie immediately let me know that it was safe to consume which I greatly appreciated. My brother had the grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli, which was also delicious! The manager, Carol, also stopped by our table, to be sure all was going well, very pleasant. I was in the service industry, waitressing/bartending, for many years, so when I go into an establishment, and I get excellent customer service and delicious food, I love to brag about it! I’m quite critical how I’m being served, and Valerie, Did Not disappoint! She was exceptional. She deserves more than 5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“Stopped at the Applebee's in Farmingville on May 5th, 2026 for a late lunch while in town for work. I work in the aerospace industry and as such, frequently travel the country and have ate at Applebee's on both coasts. What made the stop here memorable was the excellent service and genuine amiable nature of the server, Larisa. She was quick and responsive for all requests and a wealth of information regarding the locale and multiple other subjects. She represents what would be considered the epitome of service for that industry.“

“This place is where it’s at!!!!!!! The employees were really awesome, and remember my drink and had another ready for me before I could ask! The food is great and perfect menu for a good snack or a munchie when out at a place like this! It hit the spot! Manjaaaaa! The patio is great to hang outside and the place was clean too! The music was on point that made everyone happy and just a vibe here. I recommend this place to anyone and if you’re looking for a great happy hour spot or even to have an event deff hit this place up. “Came here with my grandma for mothers day and the food and service was amazing as always. Junior was our server and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. Coming in the middle of the day was nice since it wasn’t too busy will definitely be back again.“

“I had a really great experience thanks to Matt, the manager at Applebee’s. From the moment we walked in, he made sure everything was running smoothly and that guests were taken care of. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the customers and his team.
Matt was professional, attentive, and quick to step in whenever needed. He checked in on tables, handled things efficiently, and kept a positive attitude the entire time. It’s not often you see a manager that involved and present on the floor, and it definitely made a difference in our experience.
Overall, Matt went above and beyond to make sure everything was enjoyable, and it really shows in the atmosphere of the restaurant. Great leadership and excellent customer service! Definitely will be back #ServiceDogAccommodation“
