SO RUDE. So every time I order from ANY other starbucks and I get no ice and it’s still filled to the top. I don’t know why the workers here are so stingy. I kindly asked oh can I have ice in here, and I walked up saying “excuse me”, the woman working rolled her eyes without even me saying anything yet. This starbucks messes up my drink like 40% of the time and then the workers are very rude if you ask them to remake it. If you made it right the first time I wouldn't be asking for it to be remade. If i'm spending 10 dollars on a cup of coffee I want it to be right. I try my best not to come here for this reason but I work in the library and when I am tired and need caffeine I go anyway. Was nearly late to class after I waited 25 MINUTES for a COOKIE. I genuinely would not have cared if the girl heating up all the food was doing so urgently since it was out of business, but she was moving way too slow for the amount of people that were waiting for orders. I literally saw her holding cheese with the tongs and slowly dragging it through the air towards the trash before finally grabbing it from the tongs with her hand and throwing it out.
