About Starbucks

Starbucks, located in a bustling area, is known for its hard-working and friendly day crew. The staff is commended for their efficiency in fulfilling orders, even during peak hours. However, there have been instances where mobile ordering was unavailable and there is a suggestion for more space for seating. The small space is described as cozy and welcoming, with decorations and googly eyes on the menu boards adding a playful touch. The fridge, coffee beans, ready-made food, and tumblers are always well-stocked. The Caramel Macchiato is a popular choice among customers.

Love how they are open late till 10:00! One of the few in the area that stays open this late! Also, my drinks always taste correctly made and the staff is friendly.

I had a great experience at the Starbucks inside Stony Brook Hospital. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient, even during a busy time. They prepared my drink perfectly and greeted everyone with a smile.

Having a Starbucks in the hospital is a real comfort for patients, families, and staff, and this team goes above and beyond to make everyone's day a little better. Thank you for the excellent service and positive attitude—you truly make a difference!
