“Hands down the best New England clam chowder I’ve ever had. Lobster bisque was also exceptional. The crab cakes were also delicious. It was our first time stopping here and definitely won’t be the last. What really stood out was the service. The young man who took our order was both helpful and very polite as was a young woman who was working tonight also.Better service than some very high end restaurants.DJ’s is definitely doing everything right! What a pleasureThank you!“
“This place was great! Had a party to attend there, the food came out family style, appetizers were crispy and fresh, Caesar Salad, Fried Calamari, Mozzarella sticks, baked clams, fried Zucchini. Then lunch choices, Shrimp Scampi, Eggplant Rollatini & Chicken Piccata. Everything brought out was so delicious and well done, the pasta was not overcooked, the sauce was savory. I would recommend this place to anyone who was looking for a delicious meal at reasonable price!“
“The food was fantastic and the service was even better! Such warm friendly staff, not something you see everyday. My whole family was very happy with not only the taste of their food but the quality. I hope one day they open a full restaurant as there is limited seating. We will definitely be returning!“
“Favorite Spanish food spot in miles, you can get Mexican food ever block you can't find Columbian food near you on every corner. Great food options, rice beans plantains rotisserie chicken cuban sandwich amazing pork. List goes on this place is great small hole in the wall flave with tons of flavor and value.SincerelyJP“
“Right Coast tacos are delicious! They always hit the spot! I really love that they offer 3 mix & match tacos, which allows you to try all of their yummy choices! I enjoy the carne asada or the Birria, they are all GREAT! And don't forget to try their Nachos!!!“
“I just left after having breakfast here for the first time. I’m very happy with the food and service. They have a steam table for lunch or dinner. The selection is phenomenal and the quality of food is super. It was nice meeting you today and I’ll definitely be back!“
“If you were looking for a random new spot, this is it. My chicken gyro was great, and the man does skip out on ingredients for the low cost and better than other spots that charge more. The steak taco was perfectly seasoned and cooked (not over or under). I've been to more expensive places with worse quality for the price. You can't beat it. Great guy, multilingual! Definitely order out from here for at-home“
“Excellent food and service. I had steak tostadas and a chicken empanada (so much food!) and my sister had fish tacos. We are there and the atmosphere is cheerful and so clean! Our server (I didn't get her name) was attentive yet not overbearing.I will absolutely be back.“
“Ordered via UberEats, got the cheese jalapeno pupusas and bean pupusas, veggie burrito and shrimp wrap for my Pops. Pops loved the wrap and Maranon drinks were yummy!! I wish the veggie burrito was tastier but it just tasted...healthy not savory. Also, I did get a bad case of diarrhea BUT I think that was just my body reacting to the jalapeno and sweet Maranon juice mixed together. Won't do that again lol I'll b back for the taco salad cuz I missed that one!!“
“It's one of those hole in the wall places you just go for the food. The best tacos we have had since leaving Southern California . It is a small Deli, counter serve style with 3 tables to sit.The food was excellent. The tacos, quesadilla, and Papusas everything was freshly prepared and hot. The meats are succulent and juicy. It's not very cheap, but the quality and taste of the food are well worth it.“
“I have start out by saying I was upset when the old Mexican food place closed in the mall. But now that Los Amigos is here in the food court...I am fulfilled once again with something so much better! I had the steak tacos and wow these rival some of the best taco places I have been to. Do they cost a little more...yes. Are they worth $10 for 2 tacos...yes...yes! Just look at what you get fresh steak, taste Guacamole, fresh real cheese, crisp lettuce, topped with sour cream. All in a nice corn tortilla that stays together down to the last bite! Go get some of this fantastic food! And wash it down with an old fashioned Coke.Dietary restrictions: I am gluten sensitive and had no reaction to taco ingredients.“
“Love the food here, fresh and delicious. Im a little bit obsessed with their vegetarian tacos. The spicy wings are really good as well. They actually know spicy for spicy food lovers ? Waitress was really nice. Pics on walls are a little uncomfortable if you're with family, but you don't need to look lol.“
“Hands down the best nachos I've ever had!!! I had the nachos topped with beef. When the server brought the nachos out I was shocked at how big the dish was. The large round nachos piled on with all the toppings maintained its crispness! That's a major win for me because there is nothing worse than soggy nachos. And the flavors were just all there for me. Simply delicious. The drinks were also great. My friend had the strawberry coconut margarita and I had some special Butterfly cocktail. I had to pour yellow drink in the mason jar into the purple drink then it changed color hence the butterfly mention in the name. It's was just great food & drinks! I will definitely be back!!“
“This deli is from a Salvadoran family. They sell many of the things they sell at ESA, including some medications, cookies, coffee, etc.The food is also of the day, there is a wide variety of typical dishes such as: pupusas, French fries with their dressings, canoes, typical breakfasts, they also have shrimp ceviche and other dishes. Here they speak English and Spanish, but the latter comes out more.Regarding parking, there are several for all the premises of the small shopping center. The pupusas are made fresh, so you will have to wait a few minutes for the orders. This place also offers you to prepare food for any event you want to hold.I recommend the coconut soda, it is very good.“
“They're doing "Wing Wednesdays" now. We've been going there for happy hour house margs and wings. Their hottest flavors are Habanero Lime and El Diablo. Our first time ordering these, we were asked about our tolerance for spice, and the waitress explained that enough people order the very spicy wings and then send them back, complaining that they're "too spicy". She was being diligent. 1. If you go out somewhere and order something spicy with "Diablo", "Nuclear" or "Inferno" in the name, it's a clue. It's going to be spicy. Use the ranch dressing or the onion sauce, ice water, what gave you. Cry into your napkin if you must. But have the basic decency not to make your poor decision the kitchen's problem. 2.) There is "macho contest" spicy and "flavorful spicy". The first just pretty much hurts and you can't taste much because the nerves in your mouth are trying to shut down. The second is actually an impressive balancing act and the addition of sweet ingredients like honey and sugar can amplify the perceived effect of spicy peppers. Those things being said, the Habanero Lime wings seemed spicier than the El Diablo wings. Habanero Lime had a forward citrus presence and was very good! El Diablo wings were smokier and while very spicy, had a flavor that we enjoyed more and at no point did it leave us desperate for cold drinks. The wings are winners! And the house margaritas are excellent too! If you don't care for wings, everything else on the menu is great. Whether I choose fajitas, a burrito, tacos or salad, the food tastes like it is freshly prepared and doesn't feel heavy. They might have the best salsa on the whole island. Casual and vibrant ambience, and in seasonable weather, the sliding doors are open and there is plenty of outdoor seating. Go enjoy!“
“Deanna provided exceptional customer service with a genuine smile and attentiveness. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made my experience enjoyable and stress-free. She truly stands out in delivering top-notch service such as being very knowledgeable about the menu, as well as making my family and I feel very welcomed.“
“My fiancee and I have been going to Northern Coast since shortly after it opened, and it never disappoints. This place is the definition of a "hidden gem", being in the lobby at the Hilton Garden Inn on the Stony Brook campus (you don't need to be a student to go, but students get a discount IIRC). Although it's right adjacent to the lobby with little separation, it's much more than your standard hotel eatery with lots of great New American dishes and a warm, comfortable, unique atmosphere.I've tried several dinner items, and all have been great so far, with reasonable prices, sizeable portions, good variety of styles, all fresh-tasting and "made to order". But, if there's one thing I always go back to, it's the roasted chicken. The skin is so crispy and it has a buttery au-jus that's just divine. It comes with some sauteed string beans that are sweet and flavorful as well. I'd also like to mention the pork chops, brussels sprouts, and the peach melba dessert as well. The service never disappoints, and at least when we went, the vibe of the place is calm and quiet (even with being next to the hotel's front desk). I dig the melodic chill/deep house from the hotel lobby, and I also love the style of the place, it's got a clean, colorful look that feels very "90s tropical". Screens are around that rotate through pictures of the food items. We usually eat there pretty late (it's refreshing finding a place that will stay open till 10PM), so I could imagine this place gets a lot busier and noisier at other times (like around college orientation/graduation, or brunch).I love this place and think it's a great addition to the area. Definitely give it a chance if you're in town!“
