We skied here 20 years ago and took all the kids back now that they are grown, everyone had a great time. The staff was helpful & friendly! We enjoyed our drinks and food at the restaurant in the lodge and found Swain Resort to be affordable for such a big family! Hopefully we’ll come back sooner than 20 years 😍
Went skiing with my family and my son ski broke. They were very nice to help us get back on the mountain.
Long story short, I purchased an 8pack of tickets at regular price ($450) but should have purchased the 8 pack school club tickets.($259) He used several of his tickets before the school club coordinator let me know that I had made a mistake in purchasing and that she spoke with swain about refunding the difference.
Tried to contact someone at swain more than once and the phone was answered by someone who needed to take a message and have someone else call me back. (I am intentionally...read full review
