“We had a terrific evening at Big Sky Steakhouse. My wife had the Fillet mignon cooked medium rare and I had the 14oz Ribeye and both were cooked to perfection! All our food came out hot and seasoned well. The bread was ok but expected more of a variety. Other than that it was a superb evening.”

“As a chef, I rarely find myself at McDonald’s, but while on a long drive, I decided to stop in for a quick bite. I want to give a huge shoutout to Heather, who was absolutely exceptional. The place was packed, the line was long, and not only was she running the front counter, but she was also handling fry duty — all with professionalism, speed, and a great attitude.

I could clearly see how hard she was working, harder than anyone should ever have to, and she handled it with grace and a sense of pride.
