We went to carbones for dinner during the very busy Pirates weekend. Their hospitality was over the top. The food was taking a little longer than expected. They couldn't do enough to apologize gave everyone a round of drinks. The owner himself came over and apologized profusely. The food was worth the wait it was amazing. We will definitely be back. We went to the restaurant and the sign said food service stopped at 9. It was 8:45 and they said kitchen was closed. The bed in room 6 was unlevel and slanted to the side. The location was great though. We stopped there for dinner. It was okay. The service was quick and friendly. It just seemed dark and dreary inside. Small, but it served its purpose of filling a hunger belly. There was entertainment outside that we saw as we were leaving. It was right after we left the beach, so we just went with the first place we saw on our way home.
