These made-to-order pretzels were delicious, with a soft and fresh quality that really stood out. I appreciated the flexibility of the place when I requested no salt, as they happily made the pretzel fresh without it. My only wish was that they offered sea salt instead of regular salt, but the staff’s willingness to accommodate my request made up for that. Overall, a great experience with tasty pretzels and attentive service.

Pretzel twist ? The best pretzels and delicious ones are at 331 Jackson Ave syosset. You can get them any day? , they have new owner Joe Russo the Firefighter, I'm very happy he's back . ? ??

Miguel was amazing, from the moment I walked in he was engaging, helful and cared about my experience! I became a loyalty member today too! While I was waiting for my order I saw him help several customers and take orders over the phone. He was courteous and organized. Great job guy, ill definitely be back!
