We go here occasionally since it’s by our house, but they rarely get our orders right. One time the employee left while my husband was in mid order and never came back. Another employee had to apologize for him. Today they have no donuts because their baker called in. I think we are finally done with them. Given them too many tries to get better already.
Let me start by saying I usually Love Dunkin’ Donuts... This location is awful... I keep trying it as it’s near where I live... But I think I have gotten one order correct from there... Today it was a hazelnut swirl with cream... How do you screw that up? Well it was... Management needs to straighten this out or I’m afraid that with time the location will be a thing of the past!
It was a clean n bright shop. The ladies n gentleman behind the counter were kind, courteous, n fun. Good music playing very relaxed. Not one employee yelling orders at all a nice visit.
