This is a great find. The dishes were fresh and light, and the plating was so special - one-of-a-kind ceramics for every item. How sweet! We would go back every time we are in Syracuse.we also got to meet an artist-in-residence, which was very cool!

Café Louise, located within the Everson Museum, offers a unique dining experience that should not be missed. This café features stunning renovations and showcases over 3000 eclectic ceramic pieces donated by Louise Rosenfield from more than 500 artists. The food is fresh and beautifully presented on one-of-a-kind pottery, enhancing the overall experience.
The café is known for its high tea service, which includes a selection of bagged teas, finger sandwiches like egg salad and chicken salad, as well as delightful desserts such as lemon curd button pastries and macarons. Guests can enjoy the handmade pottery mugs while listening to contemporary music in a friendly atmosphere, highlighted by attentive service. Reservations are required for the high tea, which is a notable offering in central New York.
In addition to high tea, Café Louise serves a variety of dishes, including tomato soup accompanied by toasted bread and apple slaw. The café is a great stop for museum visitors, as it allows them to enjoy delicious food while exploring various exhibits, including the annual Christmas trees exhibition and other art displays. The combination of good food, beautiful ceramics, and the vibrant setting makes Café Louise a must-visit destination in Syracuse.
