“I have to say, I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Popeyes! Something I really appreciated was that they spoke both Spanish and English, making communication easy and comfortable for me and my mom and is probably easier for other customers.
Above all, this visit was truly special for me. I traveled all the way from Virginia with high expectations, and I can confidently say that I was not disappointed at all. The speed and efficiency of the service were impressive. Plus, it’s a real pleasure to find a team that is not only professional in their work but also warm and kind in every interaction.
And of course, the food was spectacular! Everything was freshly made, hot, crispy, and full of flavor. From the perfectly seasoned chicken to the delicious sides, every bite was a delight. Without a doubt, this is one of the best Popeyes locations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return on my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and exceptional service!“
“This location is very clean and very well kept. The attendant was very welcoming and gave me recommendations of different sauces to choose from (not a frequent customer). The chicken tasted very fresh and juicy! I highly recommend this location for its delicious crispy chicken and outstanding customer service!“
“Best Popeyes in Syracuse! I brought my family here today on March 5th 2026. Best service I’ve ever experienced. Was greeted by I’m assuming is the general manager. We ordered the $20 family special with a large Mac N Chz. All the food was delicious. The service was AMAZING! We give Nick and the team a 5 star rating. Joined the app!“
“Our doordasher canceled our order without a reason. We just drove to the restaurant and explained what happened. The manager, Faria, explained that the dasher didn't want to wait and was very rude to her and the staff and canceled the order. (He even went back in to grab someone else's order that came in after ours was canceled). She had everything fresh and and apologized for having to come all the way out to grab it.
I just had surgery and can't drive, this was going to be dinner for my kids.
The restaurant was amazing and took care of us as well.“
