“I experienced a mix-up with my order a couple of days ago. Upon learning of the issue, the manager, Faria, promptly addressed the situation and ensured it was resolved to my satisfaction. The 12-piece spicy tenders were served hot, crispy, and juicy. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service provided by this young lady.

Mistakes can occur in the food service industry, and it is important to remain patient and recognize that everyone is human. I would like to thank the staff at this location for their continued commitment to providing great food and service.“

“I have to say, I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Popeyes! Something I really appreciated was that they spoke both Spanish and English, making communication easy and comfortable for me and my mom and is probably easier for other customers.

“No doubt food is delicious but staff is worse. They don’t know how to treat customers.One of the staff lady was so rude. When I asked why she is so rude. She said don’t come here again you will not be served next time. I feel bad for the owner coz it’s the loss of the owner and staff is being paid hourly if customers come or not. And there was no customer at all except me. And they gave me the wrong order I ordered spicy chicken and they gave me mild. Still I don’t get mad about these minor mistakes. So they wanna get paid for doing nothing, they need to change their attitude if they want to be successful in life. I wish her a good luck.“
