After shopping at Destiny USA, I stopped by the food court for a bite. I decided on Sake Japan which serves hibachi meals, ramen & udon noodles, d'lite meals, maki rolls, egg rolls, bubble tea drinks, and Pepsi fountain and bottled drinks. I decided on the Tonkatsu Ramen ($11.49 plus tax), which was prepared to order and hot and ready within 10 minutes. phenomenal food….especially the beef with the upgraded yakisoba noodles. beef and chicken with those noodles as well are fire. bubble tea is insane here too. top 3 flavors for bubble tea is the coconut, honey and taro. fruit tea is also good!!

A solid bowl of Ramen all around. I've had better and I've had worse. The portion size was adequate, the flavor of the broth, meat and other add in's were pleasant. Nothing really to complain about and nothing off that would prevent me from a repeat visit.It's worth a try.
