“Ok I seriously never write reviews so this means a lot. I have been here before and haven’t always had the fastest service and last time I was in here the staff were not busy but it took forever to get my food like literally 35 minutes. Despite that, I think it’s the manager that made everything right. He is how customer service should be he is great. He refunded us and gave us more free food. I just went today and it took 2 minutes for my food and he said “it says medium Baja blast but you can just take a large”. There was no problems with my food but he still showed the decency. This is how fast food or any other food service like this should be. I don’t know his name but he clearly is making a difference and this isn’t the first time I’ve seen it.“

I was at the drive through on Saturday March 14 at 2:30 pm. The drive through worker was a very nice young lady!
The worker was excellent! She looked like she was juggling many responsibilities- taking drive through orders, making drinks, etc- but treated all of them with care. She understood my order even when I asked for multiple substitutions! I was also able to hear her clearly and communicate with her on the intercom. What makes this service experience truly special is her positive attitude. She was polite and smiled the whole time! She wasn’t annoyed at all by my substitutions and I felt valued as a customer! I want management to know how excellent she was as an employee!
My order also came out correctly, which shows how efficient and competent she was at relaying my order.“
“Been here multiple times now lately, and every time wasnt prepared for no napkins, and no sauces. Only noticed because i got them the last time going there and totally forgot that they usually ask you if you want any haha. No long of wait times, but seems like theyre short staffed. Cashier offered her helpful knowledge while ordering but im just too indecisive, still didn't feel rushed to make my order quick.“
“I've been to several Taco Bells in the Syracuse area and this one by far is my favorite location. They rarely mess up my order, and the food is great. The workers are also pleasant to deal with and they tend to get food out quickly. Definitely might go-to location for Taco Bell!“
