“Wow, this is it! As a proud Vietnamese, I can confidently say that I have finally found the best Banh Mi spot around NY. The taste is simply out of this world, from the juicy meat to the freshly baked bread, everything just hits the spot perfectly! This is a must-try for anyone in the city, and I can't wait to come back for more! 100% recommended, you won't regret it! ❤️“
“Stopped in after Cuse football. Matty, our server was kind and attentive! Food was excellent: apps spring rolls and dumplings-spring rolls good but dumplings stole the show! For dinner we had pad Thai and garlic shrimp-the veggies were fresh and well-prepared. Just delicious all around. And quite inexpensive. The owner spoke to us to after we had finished-very nice. Kudos.“
“Legit Vietnamese restaurant with legit Vietnamese dishes. Friendly and attentive service. Spring rolls (wrapped in rice paper, not fried) were good, and so was the pho. I'd go again if I were in the neighborhood.Vegetarian options: You can order meat dishes w/o meat. This works fine for rice and noodles dishes. In the case of pho, that's a little bit of a problem because the broth is meat based.“
“Visiting from Los Angeles and wanted to find some local viet food. Mamma Hai is top notch! I had the chicken and corn congee and taro eggrolls. I loved the taro bits in the eggroll and the congee was perfectly seasoned (I asked for just a touch of chili on the side for spice). It was perfect. Both reminded me of the way my mamma used to make for us growing up -- so delicious. Highly recommend when in Syracuse.“
