I never get charged the same price for the same order no matter how many times I go. Regardless of the cash discount; I always get overcharged no matter who rings me up. They write my order down and I still do not get the correct order. I was charged for items not available. When “correcting my order after I already paid I still don’t receive correct change.

Charged me more money then items are listed on menu, orders were wrong multiple times, charged me for items not even available at the time. This was done by the owner none the less! Not the original (dolphs deli) village market deli, I have been going to for thirty plus years!

I’ve been coming to Village Market Deli in Tannersville since the early 90s. Most of the time when coming to the Catskill Mountains for hiking I stop in for a hot breakfast sandwich or two, and lunch to go. Coffee is Green Mountain, deli meat is Boars Head; can’t go wrong here. All the drinks and snacks you need are available as well, including bakery goods. Service is typically friendly and fairly quick. The bathrooms are spacious and clean. The deli is open for breakfast and lunch only, and closed on Sundays. Very much recommended.

Charged 15 dollars today for scrambled, 2 sausage patties and a hot chocolate when it was 10 dollars on saturday? Never get the same price twice and service is terrible. Always have new people and they get your order wrong half the time.

Prompt & courteous service! Loved their iced coffee and Spanish omelet, both reasonably priced. It was busy but they attended to us right away and made the order quickly. Will definitely be back!

I don't even know why you're reading this right now, ignore all other reviews, ignore all other food options. Go get some Deli Sandwiches or Various Salad(s) or home made baked goods or delicious speciality drinks. They close at 2 so get it in early. They're also closed Sunday and Monday. That's why you ignore everything else because if they're open and you need somewhere to eat: now you don't. Go get a sandwich or slaw/salad now.Now to explain my most common orders (pictures added below) are the Dirty Canadian & Dirty American. Order their American or Canadian, whichever you prefer. And add bacon to it. Then you also order a separate 1/4lb of roast beef and I personally like to order a small seafood or coleslaw. Then get either mesquite BBQ chips (for Canadian) or Salt&Pepper/Salt&Vinegar chips(for American). I'm a big believer in ice tea for a side or Arnold Palmer. Now for the assembly of the sandwich, you crush up your chips. Lay them down inside the roast beef and roll it up and place inside the sandwich. You can add hot sauce if you want now.The best part about all of this? It's just about $20 end of the day and you get enough food to eat a light dinner and pass out. I love eating here after a day of shredding.

No prices on anything in the store.. Not very friendly atmosphere. Food was decent. I only got an sausage, egg and cheese on a roll.. had to take bread off, not enough filling and to much bread!

Good people are friendly and have good prices. Make sure to stop in for breakfast or brunch. And they have great meats and cheeses

We were golfing across the street and the club owner mentioned they had good food. This was a great pick as they proudly serve Boars head deli meats and bake the bread on premises. Four of us went for lunch and they are very reasonably priced for the food. I will definitely stop back when I’m the area. All of our sandwiches were good.
