My wife and I were there for a political function combo meeting and Christmas luncheon. This establishment is super clean, bright, and cozy.
The food and wine were delicious. I had chicken parm. Was fantastic. Was batted down thin and breaded and seasoned to perfection. VERY tender, I only had to use my folk to cut. Hospitality service by the owner was horrible! Felt uncomfortable the minute we walked in. Scolded us for coming in 10 min early of our reservation, wasn’t allowed to sit at the bar to wait for friends to arrive dining with us, (the whole place was empty), waiting 40 min for menu (not even a serving of bread), and after politely asking for the menu, was told to “stop being so anxious!” We all left and enjoyed dinner at Giulio’s Restaurant instead.
ZERO STARS! Waited 20 minutes for the bartender to come over & take our drink order. After 40 minutes with no menus (or even bread on the table) my husband asked the owner nicely for menus & the owner told him “stop being anxious”. That’s when we decided to pay for our drinks & go elsewhere. The bartender told the owner that we were leaving and he said “tell them to sit down & relax they’re acting like children”.
