NEW Second time eating here. First time was good so we tried it again. Had a flat bread appetizer that was very good. Ordered a New York strip steak for main entrée. It was terrible. They did not serve a whole steak but put 2-pieces of steak on a plate that -if pieced together-did not appear to equal the size of a whole steak. It was also tough and grizzly. Expected a much better piece of meat for $38. Mentioned this to our server and another individual that asked how we liked our meal and received the following response; " I'll pass this along".... As I indicated to our server, they can do better than this.
We had a wonderful experience and am disappointed by some of these reviews. We were a party of eight and enjoyed a beautiful view, cocktails, excellent food, wonderful service by Delaney, and friendships, new and old. Thank you to Chef Derek and Nadine. This is our 4th visit to Seymour’s and have never been disappointed.
It was ok. The atmosphere is nice. Service was very slow and the restaurant was not crowded. The menu is very limited. I had the shrimp scampi. It was basic, nothing fancy no jumbo shrimp. I probably would not go back or recommend it. Unfortunately there isn't really anywhere else to eat in Ticonderoga.

The steak is perfectly cooked and delicious, and the Chicken Parmesan is well-seasoned. The TGC Club is the best club sandwich. The food was fresh and good, with a creative menu that includes vegan options. The staff is attentive and personable, and the service was quick. Many guests have enjoyed the cocktails and found the atmosphere to be welcoming, though the back room can be noisy when full. Whether for a date night or a casual dinner outside, Seymour's is highly recommended for its great food and service.
