We had a wonderful experience and am disappointed by some of these reviews. We were a party of eight and enjoyed a beautiful view, cocktails, excellent food, wonderful service by Delaney, and friendships, new and old. Thank you to Chef Derek and Nadine. This is our 4th visit to Seymour’s and have never been disappointed.
Ate at 3 Ticonderoga restaurants over America 250 weekend, this was the best combo for food and service. The setting with the mountains in background very pleasant. Chicken dish pretty good, but the sauce did not taste like a burgundy reduction at all. Service good.
My husband and I were staying nearby this weekend. We had dinner at Seymour’s Saturday evening. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant and the golf course is beautiful. We both had the strip steak, rice and Brussels sprouts and they were all delicious. The steak was outstanding, no grizzle and cooked perfectly. The service was fantastic. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town.

Seymour's Restaurant & Tap Room offers beautiful views of the golf course, valley and mountains and friendly service, making it a great place to visit in the area. The steak is perfectly cooked and delicious, and the Chicken Parmesan is well-seasoned. The TGC Club is the best club sandwich. The food was fresh and good, with a creative menu that includes vegan options. The staff is attentive and personable, and the service was quick. Many guests have enjoyed the cocktails and found the atmosphere to be welcoming, though the back room can be noisy when full. Whether for a date night or a casual dinner outside, Seymour's is highly recommended for its great food and service.
