“The food was very good and came out very hot (the way I like it!) I would def recommend trying anything on the menu esp if you never had a dip sum experience before. We had the crab dumplings, bbq pork bun, chicken fried rice, vege dumplings, pork dumplings. However the service was a bit lacking and there was no ice for drinks. We got there at 1pm and were probably finished eating at around 3pm. But it took forever to get someone to take our order and then no one ever checked on us or came to cash us out. We had to get up to the register and ask for our bill.“

“Formerly located at West Side Bazaar, now on Allen Street. Amazing food. They're relatively new there, I think only 3 months. They were understaffed the night we visited. Every part of our visit took a longer than expected, but I imagine once they get to full staff, this will no longer be an issue. My only complaint was they charged us for water. Apparently we were the only ones charged for water. It seemed odd, but nevertheless, this place gets a full-throated five star for their excellent food.“

“I have a lot of food allergies that often make it difficult for me to eat out. Thai Orchid Cafe was wonderful with taking the time to ask additional questions to clarify what I can and can’t eat. You can also tell that their ingredients are very fresh and was overall super delicious!!“

The service was very fast and very efficient. We ordered our meal very fast. And we only had to wait like 5-7 min, which was great because my family was very hungry and had a hankering for Thai food. If you get a windows seat, you can see the water, which is very relaxing, and the place also has relaxing music in the background, which sets the mood.
Prices are more than fair, and you get to choose how much spice you want in your food. This place is by far the best Thai place I've been to. This restaurant was definitely a do over. I recommend the shrimp pad Thai. I highly recommend this place.“

“This is an amazing little gem hiding on Maple rd. My daughter and I were looking for a place to eat, something different from the everyday chains and decided to try Roma Thai & Burmese Cuisine. The Samosas are a pocket of perfect spice. I had the Roma Ginger-a healthy and perfect blend of vegatables and giner sauce. The service was excellent! We had a great dining experience and will definately be returning.“

“Update on second visit: beef with onions and scallions and eggplant and wonton soup and Kung Pao shrimp alllllll very tasty. Looking forward to third visit. Highly recommended: I think this place is right up there with Home Taste, also on Delaware, for best authentically-Chinese food in Western New York. And they have "American Chinese" food for your friends who are not as adventurous as you. Plenty of space, attentive service without rushing, at least at lunch. Sliced fish with Chili Oil tender and properly spicy; Cumin Beef strongly flavored as it should be. Ham Hock with brown sauce (and bok Choy) tender and flavorful. Green beans a little al dente and crunchy inside while being singed on the outside. Will return!“

“I ordered from street Asian food two meals to see what they had to offer. One meal was the chicken Pho and the other was Pad Thai. The pho was really great and came with a great broth that was housemade and I really enjoyed that. The pad Thai appeared so bone dry (see pic) that I wasn't sure what to expect. For the price, it was definitely the smallest portion this meal I've ever received, compared to other local offerings. It tasted fine, but definitely did not look very appealing. Overall, the meals were good, but I would have liked a bit more pad thai. Maybe when it's not to-go the portions are better.“

“I have eaten here many times and I've always had delicious, hot Asian takeout dishes. I even had them cater my senior show at Bryant and Stratton College. It's a family run restaurant and they are always good to their customers.

I like everything I've tried and my favorites are: Chicken and Eggplant with Garlic Sauce, Hunan Chicken, and the Curry Chicken. Their egg rolls are amazing as well as the Steamed Dumplings.“

“I prefer this to the Transit location in both atmosphere and service. The food was delicious! Everything tasted really fresh and crisp. I ordered vegan Tom Khar soup and a noodle dish off the main menu but with tofu. Because of this the servers confirmed when I ordered and then again when they brought me the dish that I in fact wanted the fish sauce version, not the vegan. I appreciate this attention to dietary restrictions and I am sure a vegan would as well. All the servers were very prompt and friendly without being too in your face. My biggest surprise was when I got the bill at how cheap it was“

“Their food is great and that is why I dine in here almost everyday but terrible service with their new servers who provides you with a rush service and accussed me to be very demanding and picky when I only asked to honor the price that they advertised on their lunch menu. Their lunch supposed to come with a soup or a choice of fresh or fried spring roll but the server who took my order charged me with the dinner price and the soup as well so I questioned that but both servers retaliated and told me that it was past lunch time hours when they handed me my check so they can't changed the price although I ordered my food during lunch time hours and from the lunch menu. I'm their regular customer so I know abbout it for few years now. Also, they refused to refill my child's drink and that was very rude and I was very hurt for my daughter and that pushed me to express my worse experienced so far with this restaurant involving with their servers attitude.“

“The broth is fantastic, the portion sizes are generous and the menu offers many pho choices and is clear about types of meat involved. However I felt there wasn’t enough meat in the bowl, the rare beef was too cooked and the brisket too fatty, otherwise good.“

“I recently moved to northern PA from Philly last summer , we go to Buffalo a lot now for our shopping since there’s nothing really near us. My husband and I missed our city food a lot , especially Pho and wanted to give this place a try - the food here is amazing! We also brought our friends one time , for them to try something new and now my good girl friend loves Pho just as much as I do. The last time we brought my mom with us and The owners still let us dine in even though we were there 1hr before closing. My mom loved her Pad Thai dish, she’s not really a soup person in the summer so there’s something for everyone! We made sure to leave a generous tip because this shop didn’t have to be so kind and accommodating towards us. The atmosphere and hospitality are always amazing! The decor is so comfortable and stylist as well . This is our spot for sure and I can’t wait to come back again soon because I am craving Pho again ?“
