Went here with my 9 year old who loves soup dumplings. We tried the spicy pork soup dumplings (excellent), the savory pork bao buns and the roasted pork bao buns (the savory was much better than the sweet), and we had the Dan Dan Noodles. We used all of the spicy paste provided with the noodles and found the spice level easily tolerable. My son loved the Dan Dan. The bok choy was so fresh and tasted so good with the dish. The prices here are extremely fair, and the decor inside...read full review
Bao buns and dim sum?!?!?! Say less!
The best approach here is to buy an item from each category to try all of the different types of food offered.
The dan dan noodles, pork bao buns, and udon stir fry were the headliners of our visit.
The dan dan offered a large portion of noodles with the minced pork topping, broth, good amount of chili crisp oil, and baby bok choy.
Once they were blended together in the bowl, it was top tier: sweet, savory, with...read full review

Excellent soup dumplings and Lo Mein. Went the with the family and grandkids. The children loved the robot delivery service and the Little Piggies. The sesame chicken was tasty and had a nice crunch. An enjoyable experience.

The C Bao and Dumpling - C包子 is a restaurant that offers bao buns and dim sum. The best approach is to buy an item from each category to try all of the different types of food offered. The dan dan noodles, pork bao buns, and udon stir fry were the headliners of one visit. The dan dan offered a large portion of noodles with the minced pork topping, broth, good amount of chili crisp oil, and baby bok choy. Once blended together in the bowl, it was top tier: sweet, savory, with the right amount of heat. The pork bao buns also were amazing: soft sweet bun with a savory pork filling. The spicy pork soup dumplings were excellent, the savory pork bao buns were much better than the sweet roasted pork bao buns, and the bok choy was so fresh. The soup dumplings and Lo Mein were excellent. The children loved the robot delivery service and the Little Piggies. The sesame chicken was tasty and had a nice crunch. The dumpling flight was liked. The Beef noodle soup had a great portion size, though the broth was a little bland and the beef was not very tender. The prices are extremely fair, the decor inside is really nice, with nice lighting and clean bathrooms. The staff were attentive but not pushy, and the space was attractive and clean. The food is always super hot, they give great portions, and the people are great. This place is a hidden gem.
