“It's dunkin donuts, go have a donuts! Sometimes the younger crew lacks their attention to detail, like selling people very dirty gift cards or no cheese (on the receipt/order) means no egg. Overall they are quick and you can't go wrong with a good coffee.

“Had my usual 6:00 am stop at the drive thru today. More than the normal line of cars. When I got to the order board I got my normal greeting, but was told it will take a little longer. Because the employee was the only employee on the store. I was ok with that. When I got to the window the employee was in tears and thanked me for being so nice. She said all other customers were being mean. I believe the employee did a great job and should be shown some type of appreciation. She was very quick to get all orders taken prepared and put the window.“

“I feel bad for the two workers yesterday, they did the best they could with an extremely long never ending line. They deserve a raise! This Dunkin has been my favorite but the owner / management needs to figure something out before all what's left of the employees are gone.“

“A very nice place for a quick coffee and some dunks. The Donuts are great, and their hazelnut coffee mixed with other nutty flavours is even nuttier and smells good. You will love it.Nice ambience and good staff. Seating is minimalist but works. They have good tea too with what I felt was a 'Dunkin Donut Signature Tea Bag'.“

“Every time I come to Dunkin later in the day it seems to always be the light skinned girl I believe her name is Destiny, but let me tell you for her being here a lot she sure does an amazing job. Never had an issue with my orders and she is always so respectful and seems so happy. Shes very nice and sweet. Hope this young lady is being noticed my her managers. I give her a 5 star!!!“

“I really don't understand where all the negative reviews are coming from. I moved to the area last fall and since this Dunkin is in walking distance, my husband and I stop by all the time.When we order ahead, 9 times out of 10 it's ready by the time I get there. And when it's not, the wait is never long. The staff is always friendly no matter what time of day/week it is- I tend to grab coffee whenever it strikes me so sometimes it's the morning, sometimes the evening.Unfortunately there are times when items are out of stock despite the app allowing orders to go through. This isn't the staff's fault at all and they always offer alternatives.The restaurant is clean and well kept- just last week or so contractors came to remove the remnants of prior seating. And while the bathrooms being staff-only is inconvenient, I can absolutely understand why this is. For better of for worse, we live in a city. Yes, there are homeless. I don't blame the staff for not wanting to clean up after disasters in the restroom. I've had to wait a couple minutes in the lobby a few times to meet people and I've never been kicked out or yelled at.I haven't had a problem coming here. Out of all the Dunkins I used to visit out of state, etc, they're consistently the only location that makes my coffee exactly the way I like it.“
