“Fun and friendly staff! We must remember these people actually SHOW UP for work each day! They have to deal with extremely complicated menu and orders. Delivery services, long drive thru lines, and of course customers in a rush add to their stress. I along with many others would probably only last an hour trying to do their job.“

“Convenient drive thru with fast service. Pumpkin spiced latte was delicious. It would be great if they started offering these new dual-use heat sleeves that unfold into napkins called Cup Cucoons instead of double-walled cups. Using these napkin sleeves would reduce single-use paper waste by 40% while also acting as a convenient napkin for food or in case of spills. Think about it Dunkin!“

“I order the same drink from every Dunkin I go to, so for me, it comes down to customer service and the friendliness of staff. This Dunkin gets quite busy, but the employees handle the rush well. I've never had to wait too long for my favorite latte. The staff are friendly and even offer smiles to customers.“

“I always get a box of Joe and munchkins for party's from the Dunkin on curry Rd. I no longer go to the one on wayto rd. For on thing they have no phone service to order ahead. And they wouldn't take my order I waited in line for, for a box of Joe. Waited in line 30 min which would have gave them plenty of time. Curry Rd has the best, friendliest, employees!“

“If you are in a hurry, this is not the Dunkin for you UNLESS you order by the app and PICKUP INSIDE!! The drive thru here is ALWAYS backed up. The food is good but by the time you order and get to the pickup window, it's barely warm. I have used the Upside app here but since you pay with upside, you would need to go through the drive thru, because if you order inside, you have to us the kiosk, and you can't scan the app at the kiosk. The people here are friendly, but it's very understaffed. This location is at a round about and close by 2 hotels, one with a casino, so I'm sure that's why they are sooooo busy! Dunkin... hire more people for this location!!!“

“Great place! Management is so kind and they really know how to keep the vibe up. Everytime I'm always smiling because they're genuinely so sweet and funny. Ever since a certain staff member left, I've enjoyed coming to this store. They have my drink ready swiftly and there's always customers sitting in the store chatting. We need more places like this. :)“

“This is the slowest Dunkin of all. Worst servics ever. So slow in every aspect. Even great for messing up your order. Also if you don't mind waiting 15 minutes in the driveway have at it. Simply the worst. I'd give it a 0 if it would've let me.“

“First Lady burnt the bagel but Desiree was Awesome !! her customer service skills , Her work ethic & Etc was top notch she re made my order over was polite and went above to ensure I was taken care of she’s an asset to the company keep her !“
