“Best Dunkin’ I’ve been to, I was so baffled by the other reviews I had to write my own. The costumer service was everything I needed and more. They were fabulous and friendly. I got a tiramisu eclair and it was delicious! They have a baker come in at midnight and they make fresh donuts every day. What’s more: there is always a special donut creation from the baker. 10/10, we came, we saw, we ate, we smiled. We came for a rest stop and left with a sweet treat and an experience. “My kids will get dunkin at the end of the week when I get paid. I order ahead and have been pleasantly surprised with the efficiency, accuracy and friendliness of the lady who works the window on Thursdays and Fridays at 545. She is an absolute gem and ALWAYS has the order correct with the most beautiful attitude! Thank you for the wonderful experience.“
“Every morning, I find myself at Dunkin’ Donuts, and each visit feels like a warm embrace. The familiar faces of the staff create a welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel like home. The consistency of their team is impressive, as many of them seem to stay long-term, which speaks volumes about the environment they foster.
Frankie, the manager, truly goes above and beyond in ensuring that every customer has a positive experience. I’ve come to know many of the staff by name, and each one of them brings their own unique touch to the service. Although I can’t name everyone, I want to express my gratitude to all the staff members who work hard and take their jobs seriously.
Every visit leaves me with a smile, and I can confidently say that the dedication of the team makes this Dunkin’ Donuts stand out. Thank you for always making my day a little brighter.
