“I feel bad for the two workers yesterday, they did the best they could with an extremely long never ending line. They deserve a raise! This Dunkin has been my favorite but the owner / management needs to figure something out before all what's left of the employees are gone.“
“Had my usual 6:00 am stop at the drive thru today. More than the normal line of cars. When I got to the order board I got my normal greeting, but was told it will take a little longer. Because the employee was the only employee on the store. I was ok with that. When I got to the window the employee was in tears and thanked me for being so nice. She said all other customers were being mean. I believe the employee did a great job and should be shown some type of appreciation. She was very quick to get all orders taken prepared and put the window.“
“After a long day of work, and desperate for a coffee, everywhere I went was just disappointing. Stewart’s? Watered down. Starbucks? Overpriced. But then, that’s when I saw it. The Oakwood Dunkin’ Donuts. Where the friendliest staff I’ve seen in years handed me one of the best made coffees I can remember sipping in my life. Thank you Oakwood Dunkin for changing my life for the better. My life, like America, now runs on Dunkin 🥹☕️“
“A very nice place for a quick coffee and some dunks. The Donuts are great, and their hazelnut coffee mixed with other nutty flavours is even nuttier and smells good. You will love it.Nice ambience and good staff. Seating is minimalist but works. They have good tea too with what I felt was a 'Dunkin Donut Signature Tea Bag'.“
“Yesterday I went to Dunkin and someone convinced me to get the Sabrina daydreaming strawberry drink and it wasn’t my cup of tea. I love the foam on the top but the actual drink tasted like a water down strawberry Creamsicle, but hey to each is own . thank you for the amazing service and the cleanliness of the Dunkin , you guys are amazing“
“It's dunkin donuts, go have a donuts! Sometimes the younger crew lacks their attention to detail, like selling people very dirty gift cards or no cheese (on the receipt/order) means no egg. Overall they are quick and you can't go wrong with a good coffee.
