The manager, Kevin, patiently walked a family through their entire order, leading to a truly excellent experience. However, the autumn squash soup was extremely watery. The wait in line has been reported as over 10 minutes for one car. Uncomfortable seating and high air conditioning have also been mentioned. The new Croissant Croque Monsieur had too much caramelized onion, making it all you can taste. The wild rice chicken soup was extremely thick and not soup-like, though very tasty.
