“The food came out fresh and hot, and there’s a good variety on the menu with generous portions. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made the meal more enjoyable. The restaurant itself was clean and had a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. That said, the food quality seems like it can be a little inconsistent. Some dishes were really good, while others didn’t quite live up to expectations, especially when it came to the steak. “Me and a couple of the boy pulled up to chilis after a long morning of fishing at Henry Hudson park, where we didn’t catch anything. We were down in the dumps, but when we decided to pull up to chilis and walked in, the staff were incredible and got us a table right away. Our server, Rena was incredible, and being the broke high school students we are going to college in August, showed us a ton of things on the menu that helped us out and made our day.“
