From the minute I pulled into the drive thru I could tell the service was going to be awful. A case study in how not to run a business. Unintelligible order taking and an overall slovenly crew of workers. The only employee that did their job was the kid that refunded my money. He was polite and seemed embarrassed by the whole ordeal as well he should have been.
