The Team At The Troy NY Store, Is Fantastic! Our Order Was Placed Online For Instore Pickup. Our Order Was Packaged With Extra TLC. Much To Our Surprise, They Had Included Extra Arugula For The Steak & White Cheddar Sammy! Everything Was Just Perfection! Can We Jusy Say, We Absolutely Love This Location! 💜💯
My husband, son, and I went here for dinner tonight and it was the most pleasant Panera I’ve ever been to! Right when we got there my kid was eyeing the cookies and the sweet young woman working the counter just put a couple in a box and gave them to us! She and the kitchen staff were all very friendly, our food was well made and ready quickly. Much better experience than the Panera we usually go to!
Great except for lunch time. I get it, it's busy, but I'd rather they keep orders on docket instead of printing them off to meet SLAs. Staff was friendly and helpful, just too busy.

The manager, Kevin, patiently walked a family through their entire order, leading to a truly excellent experience. However, the autumn squash soup was extremely watery. The wait in line has been reported as over 10 minutes for one car. Uncomfortable seating and high air conditioning have also been mentioned. The new Croissant Croque Monsieur had too much caramelized onion, making it all you can taste. The wild rice chicken soup was extremely thick and not soup-like, though very tasty.
