“This Panera Bread was inside RPI - which made it hard to find as it did not say that on any map. I was with a friend who had a walker, so that was tough for us, but we really wanted to try it out. Two young ladies helped us get into the building, as the doors we tried were locked. The room was cafeteria style and had flags hanging up around above us. The food, as usual at panera, was delicious and good portion. They had a pastry case filled with dessert. I tried the new lemonade and we both had sandwiches that had just been added to the menu. Nice space, we were able to sit and chat without being rushed. I thought the staff was friendly.“

“What a gem! We went here with a large group of 8, two families. They were super friendly and very fast with our food. And the food was delicious. Delicious.
Highly recommend the Al Pastor, which was flavorful and perfectly charred. Others raved about their burritos, enchiladas Verde, and fish tacos. Kids loved the guacamole. Great price and excellent quality.“

“to the people commenting on the lack of ambiance...? i think it is fine. for me the music is "ambient" enough, along with the lovely wall mural, and photos showing what the food is....not to mention the collection of both holly AND "bolly"wood stars and starlets, adorning a back side wall. the dining area is always SPOTLESSLY CLEAN, and the bathroom shines. they keep the prices very reasonable, which is a HUUGE plus for me. the food is always great, fresh, and tasty, not to mention a lot healthier than the traditional american diet. staff is attentive. i never felt they "watch to see how many dishes you take", as someone suggested. they are likely making sure people get FRESH plates with every visit to the steam tables., since this is actually a restaurant/buffet health law...i have never ever, once felt like they wanted to "rush" me out. they are always very welcoming and accommodating.. “The food was absolutely amazing! We had the edamame, pork belly buns, seaweed salad, the seared tuna salad, beef ramen with extra toppings, two hot sake in a carafe, and an IPA. Considering the amount of food and the large portions the price was beyond reasonable.
The atmosphere is very relaxed with an old favorite diner vibe.
Our server Jessie was fantastic. She was so prompt and on top of everything, very good at reading a table and knowing exactly when to step in to be the best of service without making you feel rushed or interrupted. Even though it's not a huge space she single handedly kept the whole front of house together with grace and a friendly attitude.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND this spot.“

“I would give it a 4.5! Our Waiter was very nice, and the food was great. It was a little bit loud, but that was expected. I got Dr. Pepper and Chicken Alfredo, the chicken was crispy and the broccoli wasn't too hard nor soft. It was delicious!“

I loved the flavor of the Kao Soi noodle, I recommend ordering noodles over the seafood or meat (my boyfriend didn’t love the duck as much as my noodles) Small space with room for about 10 -15 dining customers at a time. No alcohol is served here- better to know this ahead of time! Great spot“

“I came in between 4 and 5pm with my husband. We are frequent visitors of the Latham location. When we were being cashed out, we were abruptly interrupted when a older male (assuming their boss) came from the back and started (quite rudely) yelling at the employees working the front. It was quite unappetizing to see them being spoken to in that manner, especially in front of customers. The friendly employees are one of the main reasons my husband and I favor this location. I am quite surprised they did not quit on the spot. I gave them a sympathetic look before putting money in one of the tip jars.“

“We had a later breakfast and were disappointed to have missed the souffles. But our plan b of bagel breakfast sandwiches were freshly prepared and tasty. The dining room wasn't terribly crowded and we were able to sit near the fireplace. (Most welcome on a freezing cold day!)“
