I visited this Wolf Road Panera Bread location at approximately 9:00 AM. The store was quiet, and I ordered a breakfast bagel and a cappuccino. I respectfully asked for a small bag of chips. An employee had already provided me with a small bag of chips.
What disappointed me was not the policy regarding the chips, but the way the situation was handled. A Mexican looking lady I think she is the team lead raised her voice to me in dismissive tone, stating that breakfast orders...read full review
