“Found Tavern 230 by accident on a Sunday while looking for another popular winter establishment in Turin that was closed. This was a great find! Amazing beer selection, great food, friendly manager/bartender ---- we're definitely going back!“

“It's a small town bar where pretty much everyone knows everyone that walks thru the door, kinda like cheers!! Spent many a night sitting on the back porch having a cigarette and some good conversations with patrons and bartenders alike! Food service is new since COVID, but they have pizza and steak sandwiches now that are sure to pair well with whatever beer or drinks you might be having, they occasionally have karaoke or a small band from time to time as capacity isn't huge, but on a good night I think it could probably hold a hundred people maybe, not sure what Fire Marshal capacity is but it's gotta be close to that. Anyway if you ever come thru town on ATV or side by side it's right on the trail so that's never a bad thing and is right next to a dollar general and a gas station right around the corner

Parking: The parking lot isn't paved but it almost adds to the charm of the place and makes for easy access for ATVs and side by sides“

“Don't believe any of the idiots leaving bad reviews. This is a great, back country, Tug Hill bar. We rented a sled for the day and had breakfast there before we left. Friendly, helpful folks. They were all very kind and helpful. Dogs were adorable! Love that they roam the property and inn. We will be back!“
