great spot, lots of options, ACAI IS AMAZING. the employee berta gets orders wrong and blames it on you. had to get the açaí remade twice and i didn’t notice until after i left that she got my wrap order completely wrong too
Pantano’s is my go to for breakfast and lunch—the food always hits—but Sabrina takes it to the next level. She’s friendly, charismatic, and makes the whole place feel welcoming from the second you walk in. Good food, great service, and even better energy—what more could you ask for?
Out of all the locations I’ve been to, this one was the most disappointing. At 9am they had almost no bagel options left. Didn’t have any choices on flavored cream cheese. And put 2 slices of bacon on my sandwich and charged me for extra bacon. Rip off is putting it nicely
