This is not my favorite crust or style of pizza, but it wasn't the worst I've ever had by any means. Staff was friendly and the locations are clean and inviting.

Stopped in for a quick bite at lunch. Got a slice and 2 garlic knots for less than $5! Garlic knots were AMAZING, and I got fast and friendly service.

Franco's rich history in the area is on display at the North Utica location. Excellent pizza and wings at fair prices. They do upside down, thin crust, regular pizza and even have a cauliflower gluten free crust that's pretty darn good.

Worst place to go , worst customer service ordered small and 10 wings hair in the wings wanted a refund wouldn’t give me a refund also the one guy that claims to be a “ manager “ does coke also so they couldn’t remake the entire order so I had to bring back the same pizza and have them reheat it place is useless nothing like it use to be crazy they treat a customer who’s been coming here since they were little kid like this

Called and placed an order for delivery and an hour later called and asked if we are picking the order up. Then refused to deliver to us and said they don’t deliver down the street
Horrible experience. Which is sad because I have been going there since I was a kid. I will never go back. Waited over an hour and a half for an hour that was supposed to be ready in 30 minutes. Staff was extremely rude! Asked for a refund instead of waiting. Was told the system was down yet they were still taking cards from people coming in. Moral of the story there are plenty of other places to go don't waste your time or money.

took forever, can barely understand when ordering and were quick to hang up with zer friendliness . ordered at 5:30 it’s 7 and still hadn’t received food .
