I order from Good Friend regularly and it is always hot, fresh, flavorful, with lots of veggies, giant plump shrimp, and everything I get is good. Some of the best Chinese take-out in Utica!
I grew up in Brooklyn and treked to Chinatown in the city often. I now live in Herkimer county. I have been STARVED of Chinese food, so you can imagine how thrilled I am to have found Good Friend! Delicious flavors, great choices and not greasy fried foods. I am so happy now!
First time to Good Friend for takeout...
It seems like your typical Chinese take out place, but there are a few tables so you could eat in which is a nice bonus.
Other than the nice lady at the counter could not understand my special request I asked with my order of shrimp with lobster sauce to be mixed with black bean sauce,
the two items we ordered (shrimp, chow mei fun) were prepared nicely.
I prefer regular shrimp (not the tiny size included)...
