Everything came out perfect. The dough was light and flavorful. We had the garlic pizza and it was very good with a nice but not overpowered xgarlic flavor and plenty of cheese. Also had a calzone and it was Huge. Cooked perfect. Again dough was cooked well, not wet like many others. And it wasn't just all dough it was a thin flavorful covering over a well stuffed center of cheese and meat.
I have found a new favorite pizzeria in Utica.
I was a fairly regular customer, large order every other week, sometimes weekly. Ordered today at about 3 pm for pickup at 5 pm. They typically screw up the gluten free chicken pizza by putting breaded chicken on it, reinforced the grilled chicken. Arrive at 5, told it will be a few minutes, they had gotten busy. Came in for the first time while visiting SUNY Polytechnic and it's now a must stop destination! Two huge slices of NY-style Buffalo chicken pizza, best we ever had, plus soda for under $9 fed two adults. Most amazing deal in town. Met the chef and owner, great people. Can't wait to try their specialties next time. Please open a spot in Syracuse!
