I have never received an order from this place without waiting at least 40 minutes for it. Against the purpose of fast food but I understand they look busy and understaffed.
What I don't understand is how they have never gotten a single order I have placed correctly. They forget everything from Nugget sauce to full on orders of fries or entire sandwiches.
All of this I put up with but the final straw for me was them serving me a bagel with mold. Not a little mold...read full review

They take HOURS just to get food out of the drive thru. And they’re not professional at all with their mannerisms and needs some work. This is a fast food joint not a Michelin star restaurant what a joke
Truly a shame how far this location has fallen in terms of quality. Store is consistently filthy. Tables, floors, and bathrooms are not cleaned often, twice a day at most. Employees here artificially boost their statistics for corporate by instantly closing out orders on the registers and then keeping the receipts, causing consistent errors with orders.
