Rick's Famous Juicy Burgers is described as a restaurant that feels like an old diner, yet it is clean and vibrant with an awesome decor, including photos, 8 track tapes, and cassettes that can actually be played. The burgers are on an extremely soft potato style bun, juicy and very tasty. Fries are crispy and come with many sauces on the side like Rick’s sauce (a tangy thousand island sauce), cheese, or chili. The shakes are creamy and not too thick. Meals mentioned include a fish sandwich that is pretty good and the BEST COOKIES AND CREAM COOKIE. Service is fast, friendly, and amazing, with staff that interacts and makes sure everything is correct. The dining area is awesomely decorated to keep customers entertained until food is hand delivered. Ordering is easy on a screen, and the place is always clean. The food is great, the atmosphere is amazing, and it is considered Utica's best kept secret. Everything is delicious and perfectly prepared for a fantastic meal.
