Took us back to our childhood 1970's era! We had so much fun looking at all the time capsule photos, album covers and collectibles on the walls while we waited for our food. Quick service and juicy fresh burgers to enjoy. We were on a road trip and found Rick's after getting off highway for gas. We are so glad we did and will be back!

I feel like I don’t have to review Rick’s Famous Juicy Burgers because one taste of these burgers transports you to burger heaven. The restaurant is so inviting and reminds me of an old diner yet it is clean and vibrant.
The burgers are on an extremely soft potato style bun. The burger was juicy and very tasty. Their shakes are creamy and not too thick so you can easily slurp them down. Their fries are crispy and you can buy many sauces that you get on the side so that the fries don’t get soggy; Rick’s sauce (a tangy thousand island sauce), cheese, chili, etc. I loved the decor, especially the photos and 8 track cassette player on display.
Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. It was a fantastic meal.

My daughter loves this place!!!!!! The few times I've gone inside it was always a great vibe! Mal is the nicest person EVER!!!! Very pleasant and made sure everything was correct and SERVICE IS ALLLLLLWWWAYYYYSSSSSS FAST!!!! McDonalds need to take some notes (only go there for the fries) no matter how busy they are. Place is always clean and people seem to always love going here!!!! Their fish sandwich is actually pretty good also. Let me also add that they have the BEST COOKIES AND CREAM COOKIE EVER!!!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO HAVE 1 OR EVEN 5 BECAUSE YOU WILL WANT ANOTHER

Great place downtown in …. What I think is Baggs square. Ordering is easy, food comes quick and it’s damn tasty. You have to order on a screen so it’s not super-personal, but the staff comes out, talks to and interacts with you and they’re pretty friendly. Now for the burgers, they’re good. The buns were waaaaay softer than I expected and they’re awesome. I added cheese and spicy sauce and I’ll be doing that again. Give’er a shot!

When I first walked in staff was cleaning, which I love and she was very friendly Im sure her name was Victoria told her it was my first time there I felt very welcomed I love the decor just absolutely amazing place and the food came out very fast and was a 10/10 i was rushing to find somewhere to eat before my drive back to Syracuse and stumbled upon this gem

I'm going to give Ricks a solid 5 rating because the food is great, the atmosphere is amazing, and they have 8 Track Tapes, and Cassettes that you can actually play. It's got plenty of seating, and is in a nice building. I honestly have to say I'm sorry I didn't know about it sooner because the food is just that good. Let's just call it Utica's best kept secret.
