“So I've never even stepped foot in this Subway. Never even been to the state of New York. But I got an email alert that said someone ordered food (with my info and card info) to this location, and for it to be picked up in about 15 minutes. I immediately called these guys, and the manager said yes the order had been placed, but she canceled them immediately and refunded me on the spot. Of course I immediately changed my Subway password and removed card info. But thank God for this lady or they could have really had a hay day. Someone who actually cares about customers! If only I could be a fly on the wall when the thief walked in expecting their food.“
