Wilma's Tea Cosy Reviews
Went here on a whim! And what a blessing it was!
My daughter loves tea parties and the vibe here was so cozy and perfect for me and her! The food was so flavorful and nothing like I’ve had before!
Yesterday my niece invited me to have afternoon tea with her at Wilma's Tea Cosy. We had the most wonderful time. The ambience was warm and cozy. The owner and her staff are lovely. If you enjoy exquisite, high quality, premium teas and delicious food that is made with love, then you need to visit Wilma's Tea Cosy. Wilma's passion for tea and food is evident and doesn't disappoint.
This place is so wonderful! We had a delicious lunch and the owners are so lovely. Highly recommend, a great place for a tasty homemade lunch and tea!

Wilma's Tea Cosy is a charming and welcoming tea room located in Rockland, Westchester County. Despite not being a traditional tea room, it offers a wonderful and fun experience with a warm atmosphere. The restaurant provides large portions of delicious food, including a tower of sandwiches, the Soup of the Day (which was described as peanut butter type and very good), and flavorful rice dishes like jollof rice. The chicken rolls and chicken noodle soup are also popular, with the soup noted for being hearty and not over salted.
Guests appreciate the variety of teas available and the unique option to pick their own teapot, making the experience interactive and special. The food is served on real China, adding a touch of elegance. The sandwiches, including cucumber & dill, egg & watercress, and smoked salmon, are generous and tasty. Scones are offered with butter, though not the traditional jam and clotted cream. Dessert options like moist apple/raisin cake are highly praised.
Service is consistently described as friendly, thoughtful, and attentive. Staff go above and beyond, wrapping leftovers with a ribbon and asking about leftover tea cups. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing tea time or a break from busy surroundings. Wilma's Tea Cosy also hosts a monthly tea party, making it a delightful spot for regular visits. Overall, it is a wonderful place to enjoy good food, great tea, and warm service.
